🚨 TOPSEK SECURITY IS HIRING – MOBILE PATROL OFFICER 🚨

We’re looking for an experienced Mobile Patrol Security Officer to join the TopSek team on the Gold Coast.

⚠️ Experience in mobile patrols is a MUST.

We’re looking for someone who is confident working independently, knows what’s expected on patrol, has strong attention to detail and takes pride in doing the job properly.

Requirements:
🔹 Current QLD Security Licence
🔹 Current Driver’s Licence
🔹 Previous Mobile Patrol experience – ESSENTIAL
🔹 Reliable and punctual
🔹 Professional presentation
🔹 Strong communication and observation skills
🔹 Confident completing detailed reports and incident reporting
🔹 Able to work nights and weekends

At TopSek, we don’t believe in simply driving past a site and calling it a patrol. We expect our guards to be proactive, thorough and professional and to represent the standard our clients know us for.

🚨 Another Fire Door Found Wedged Open 🚨

This is something we come across far too often in apartment complexes, and it’s one of the biggest security risks we see.

A fire door isn’t just there for emergencies. It’s also a critical part of your building’s security. When these doors are wedged open, it creates easy access for anyone to enter the building or basement without being challenged. Unfortunately, we all know what can happen from there. Theft, vandalism, trespassing, and vehicles being broken into are just some of the risks.

At TopSek Security, we don’t just drive through and tick a box. We take the extra step every single patrol.

✅ We physically inspect fire doors to ensure they’re secure.
✅ If we find one open, we secure it immediately where possible.
✅ If there’s a fault preventing it from locking properly, we report it straight away so it can be repaired before it becomes a bigger issue.
✅ Every issue is documented with photos and detailed reporting, so building management knows exactly what’s happening on site.

It’s the small things that make the biggest difference when it comes to protecting your property.

8 months old and already tipping the scales at 32kg. 💪🐾

Quavo had a well-deserved bath today and absolutely loved every second of it. 🛁🐶

This boy continues to impress us every single day. His drive, intelligence and willingness to learn is something special. Every training session he gets stronger, more confident and keeps proving why he’s going to be an incredible working dog.

We’re excited to see what the future holds for this big boy. The best is definitely still to come.

This is what we came across on our second patrol of the night at one of the apartment complexes we protect.

Broken glass was scattered throughout the pool area, including inside the pool. It wasn’t there on our first patrol, proving just how quickly things can change.

This is why multiple patrols throughout the night make all the difference.
