Prep update 8 weeks...

Weight: 50.3 average
Height: 157cm
Steps: 17K
Cardio: 100 mins across the week
Calories: 1200 approx

Weight down 1kg on average, no big changes to measurements but we're getting lean now ๐Ÿ‘Š

Energy and training performance still surprisingly good for this stage of prep! Hunger up which is absolutely to be expected as condition comes in.

Plan is to hit necessary condition a few weeks out, then we start bringing carbs back in, playing with the 'look' and feeding up a bit into show 1 of 4 ๐Ÿ˜‰

The last 2 years away from stage were needed and MAN am I excited to see what we do this season.

Your DMN (default mode network) is the part of your brain that runs your internal narrative. It's how we formulate our perception of our own identity and how we create story around the things we experience...

Many are unaware that they're 'run' by this internal narrator - when you spend time doing self reflection, journaling, in silence and asking 'why' to your own thoughts and beliefs you can begin to seperate the ones that serve you, the ones that don't and where they come from!

We go from unaware > to aware

You may then find you become 'triggered' (have an emotional response) when you experience inputs that reinforce the narrative that works against you (it may be certain people, places, stimulus etc)

As we learn to see emotion not as who we are but something that shows us where to take action, we can shift to observer of emotions rather than being controlled by them.

Note the emotional response and what story your narrator is trying to feed you in that moment...decide what you want to do with that information and act in a way that keeps you growing and moving forward not remaining stuck!

When we choose 'our society' - actively choose our friends, the places we go, what we allow to impact us, we take back control from our world and others.

So...choose a society that wants to see you grow ๐Ÿ˜‰ That's why I'm building

Coach by.krystal kicking my a** through my training

...I have a challenge for you to start your week.

I want you to ask yourself where you think something is out of your control - but is actually just fear of setting boundaries and a lack of capacity to detach.

And where you can practice agency this week even if it means facing uncomfortable situations or conversations.

So many high-functioning women struggle with boundaries, people pleasing, not being able to rest, chasing big goals...

Why?

They attribute too much of their identity to a goal, to what others think or to how much they can achieve (success) as they have not found safety and comfortability within themselves, yet.

That was me for years.

Figuring out my values, practicing boundary setting, learning to detach hasn't taken away my desire to compete or to do BIG things in life...I'm just no longer consumed by it. Which has opened me up to actually living, feeling at peace and not being controlled by the external.

And man, is that a breath of fresh air...

Want to learn how?

Comment DETACH - this s**t changes lives, trust me ๐Ÿ˜‰
