Finding the Leader in You - FLY!
An accessible and affordable on line program with a difference, for those who want to be more comfortable as a leader. Who are ready to take control of their own leadership development, rather than waiting around for a tap on the shoulder from someone else. And who are looking for more depth, integration, and practical application than found in traditional programs.
Through an online group and individual contact program, Denise will guide participants to become confident and competent as the leader they choose to be, so they can be authentic and at ease in leading others or in self leadership
They may or may not have organisational, business, family, or community leadership roles, paid or unpaid, or simply be interested in self leadership. Maybe they have years of experience as a leader. Maybe they don’t see themselves as a leader yet, though others may see them that way. While they may never have spoken of it, or even realised it, they are looking for a way to be more authentic and at ease in whatever leadership role they take on - leading others or themselves.
