I’m 51…
and I refuse to buy into the narrative that your feminine power fades with age.
If anything, mine has only just begun.

This year alone, I walked through a full hysterectomy —
after having a partial one years before.
My last o***y was removed to prevent any future cancer risk.
My womb… gone.
My hormones… shifting by the hour.
My body… reinventing itself in real time.

And you know what?
I have never felt more alive.
More sensual.
More wildly connected to my desire, my femininity,
and the deepest truth of my body.

Menopause?
51?
No womb?
None of it has dimmed me.
If anything, it stripped away everything that wasn’t mine

🌾 The Fixer’s Path to Freedom: A Spiritual Style Guide to Healing Codependency

Codependency often looks like generosity, but underneath is a hidden contract: If I give enough, fix enough, hold enough — maybe I’ll finally be loved.

I grew up in chaos. My father was dramatic and unstable, and somewhere inside I decided: if I hold everyone together, maybe I’ll be safe.

Honestly? It’s almost comical. I joke that I came out of the womb already holding a wrapped gift: “Hi everyone, do you love me now?” That’s how wired the giver archetype was in me.

And I kept handing out those presents…
✨ In friendships — softening my light with “but she’s so generous.”
✨ In business — pouring into staff, paying and paying again.
✨ In love — playing savior and calling it devotion.
✨ In marriage — sacrificing myself and calling it love.

On the outside it looked like success. On the inside? It was self-abandonment dressed up as love.

Because codependency isn’t just psychological. It’s spiritual. When you forget you are inherently whole, you over-function to be chosen instead of knowing: I am already chosen.

The medicine?
Pause before fixing. Ask: Is this mine to hold?
Give from overflow, not depletion.
Let others stand in their own power.
Practice receiving — in love, in business, in friendship.

This isn’t about rejecting generosity. It’s about sanctifying it.

When I stopped abandoning myself, I discovered love that wasn’t transactional. I could give and receive, nurture and be held, work and rest — without resentment.

Leaving my marriage, shifting how I work, opening to new love… I see now my greatest power isn’t in fixing but in being.

And maybe the only present I ever needed to bring… was me. 🎁

Day 1 in Bali 🌧️✨

The moment I landed, the heavens opened. Pouring rain, thunder rolling in the distance, the earth alive and humming.

Instead of rushing or resisting, I let it become my initiation — a cleansing ritual from the Divine.
A reminder that I don’t need to grip, force, or carry anything that doesn’t belong to me anymore.

The rain became my release.
Every drop washing away old stories.
Every storm whispering: surrender, soften, and start again.

And here’s the truth, diva: you don’t need to be in Bali to do this. You can do it wherever you are. You can let life itself become the ritual.

Close your eyes. Exhale. Feel what’s heavy in your heart, and allow it to be rinsed away.

Today I’m devoting myself to simplicity — breakfast, a massage, some yoga, and the deepest rest. Because when we rest, we restore. When we soften, we rise. And when we allow ourselves to be cleansed, we make space for the miracles already seeking us.

This didn’t come without tears. 💧

It was a complete and utter rebirth that brought me to my knees—but I needed it. I needed to go through it to truly learn about myself: who I am, what I want now, who supported me, and who didn’t.

And just like that… ✨

After a massive energetic curve — deleting the dating apps, finalizing my divorce, hiring a new lawyer, reclaiming my health, and calling in new energy + new opportunity — everything is shifting.

The full moon has cracked me wide open.
My boundaries are strong.
My ownership is fierce.
My softness, playfulness, and sensuality are flowing back into my body a thousand-fold.

I feel my feminine power, my strategy, and my soul alignment all weaving together. This is resurrection. This is reclamation. This is the embodiment of the queen I was always meant to be.

My body feels alive. My heart feels clear. My energy feels magnetic.

The Sacred Dance: Feminine Magic & Masculine Structure that Creates Abundance

For years, I lived mostly in my masculine drive: always doing, building, pushing, achieving.

I created incredible success… but I often felt exhausted, disconnected from my body, and caught in cycles of overgiving.
Everything shifted when I went to a ta**ra retreat.
It wasn’t about s*x, it was about energy.

I learned to feel the alive, luscious current of my feminine: to breathe, receive, move, and trust her.
And then I learned to invite my masculine energy in: not to dominate, but to hold space for her.

To let him create the plan, the calendar, the structure, so my feminine could dance wildly without getting lost.

For the first time, I felt what it meant to:
– Act, then receive
– Strategise, then surrender
– Lead from desire, not from proving

Instead of always pushing, I could pull back… soften… let life come to me and then take aligned action from that place of fullness.

That dance changed everything:
🌹 In business, I simplified and started to build something new from flow state
🌹 In love, I became magnetic to partners who could truly hold me
🌹 In my body, I felt alive, turned on, and deeply at peace

So let me explain this a bit more…
Feminine energy is the holy magic that births our visions, makes our hearts flutter, and turns work into art.
It’s the current of intuition, sensuality, and radiance that makes life feel delicious.

Masculine energy is the sacred structure — the strategy, focus, and discipline that turns those visions into reality.
It holds, grounds, and protects the feminine so she can flow freely.

This moon is dripping in truth, beauty, and unapologetic power.
She doesn’t follow rules.
She doesn’t do “normal.”
She reveals what’s hidden, sharpens what’s blurred, and blesses what’s aligned.
She invites you to let go of the old identities, the patriarchal pressure, the burnout, the “do more, be less” cycle…
And instead

What’s become crystal clear for me is this:

As I head to the beach this weekend with my daughter, I can feel this full moon working through me.

This is the life I dreamed of.
