There are two levels of bookkeeping.

Operational maintains compliance, while strategic builds control.

One records transactions.
The other interprets financial behaviour.

One responds after pressure appears.
The other designs systems that prevent instability.

Most financial stress is not caused by lack of effort.
It is often the result of fragile structure.

Structure determines resilience.
