I had the absolute privilege of attending and sponsoring the Gold Coast Womenโs Health Network event at QT Surfers Paradise on Saturdayโฆ and what a special morning it was. ๐ธ
From the moment I walked into the room, the energy felt different.
A collective of women (and a few brave men ๐) coming together, not just to network, but to support a shared missionโฆ that women deserve to be seen, heard, believed, supported and empowered.
A big thank you to Anjali, the founder and visionary behind GCWHN, for bringing this to life.
The panel was exceptional.
Dr Zane Sherif, Amanda Parker and Dr Elise Turner shared a wealth of knowledge, real experience and a clear vision for the future of health.
A future where health is PROACTIVE, not reactive.
Where people are treated as individuals, not just numbers.
One of the most touching moments of the morning was a powerful speech from Nicole Edwards Founder and CEO of from RizeUp Australia.
RizeUp supports families who have left domestic violence and are rebuilding their lives.
They recognised a critical gapโฆ what happens after women leave.
Too often, they are left to start again without support and children are deeply impacted.
Their mission is to fill that gap with real, practical help to support a fresh start.
It was a powerful reminder of the importance of community and support beyond the moment of change.
It was also so special to be there with these wonderful women ๐ค
And to the GCWHN volunteers and teamโฆ thank you.
You are all exceptional.
Without you, spaces like this would not be possible. ๐โจ
