Grampians Estate has emerged as one of the Grampians region’s premier boutique wineries. With its elegant cool-climate shiraz and sparkling shiraz leading the way, the winery produces a wide range of award-winning wines. Sarah and Tom Guthrie have developed the brand over 20 years since the first vines were planted in 1989. Their passion has resulted in a ‘5 red star’ rating from James Halliday (top 4% in Australia) and 30 trophies for their wines since 2002.

We took out three Gold, one Silver and four Bronze at the recent Western Victoria W**e Challenge, helping the Grampians take out the Regional Shield for 2026 (Tom has lovingly displayed the shield at the Cellar Door already). It was a great day with Quintin stewarding the event and also debuting as an associate judge!

A celebration of art, w**e and the stories that bring us together. 🍷

This year marks 100 years since Arthur Streeton painted Land of the Golden Fleece, a painting that holds a special place in the story of Grampians Estate. Painted at Yarram Park, where Sarah grew up, it depicts the landscape that is now home to our Mafeking Vineyard.

The painting has long been part of our identity, featuring on our Shiraz labels, including our much-loved Streeton Reserve Shiraz, which celebrates its 25th anniversary this year.

Last weekend, we gathered to celebrate this remarkable piece of history over a beautiful lunch, great w**e and even better company.

A big thank you to our chef Dean Sibthorp for a wonderful lunch, and to all our guests, neighbours and friends, both old and new, for joining us to celebrate this special occasion.
