DO NOT SIGN with these Land agents
They are trying to get over $30K from us after we sacked them

Good morning,
It is very unfortunate that your SA Homes & Acreage do not read emails sent to them correctly.
We have previously dismissed you of your services on 14 March 2023 emailed at 5.53pm.
The reason being your company is untrustworthy, unknowledgeable, incompetent, morally unethical and dishonest. This we advised you via email.
On SA Realty took some prospective buyers through our business, at the time, Talunga Estate at 198D Torrens valley Road, Gumeracha SA 5233.
Mr S Flew went to the property to meet with the agent, the agent was late. The prospective buyers were already there so Mr Flew was courteous to start showing them around. The agent finally turned and Mr Flew left after advising the agent on the premises to lock all the doors internally and externally and shed upon leaving, turn off all lighting and leave the keys in the outdoor toilet cupboard. the keys were left in the right place.
We received an early morning phone call from the prospective buyer saying, as he drove past the property, he noticed the shed was wide open from the night before. He very kindly also offered to lock it for us, we accepted. He then advised that the land agents we employed were hopeless they didn’t know anything about the property he had no idea what the property had to offer. We asked for more clarification, we were astounded to find out what he was told.
The big outdoor wine barrel that had a pumping water display into a half a wine barrel -The agent that’s where they store their wine!!”
Why was the residence empty? The agents I don’t know.
What water is used? The agent “Just the rainwater tanks there” pointing to the two concrete 22000 gallon tanks. The bore that was not mentioned which was a drinkable bore and was not metred due to the size of the property.
How many cars can park in the car park? The agents couldn’t give an answer.
How many people can the venue hold? The agent didn’t know.
The liquor licence opening times were not mentioned these are extraordinary times for a hills business.
The solar panels were not mentioned, 60 panels that cut the power bills down by 80% in warmer months.
We took a trip up that evening to see if anything else was amiss. Low and behold, we opened the door, heard noise from the cellar door, went to open it. Both doors were wide open with thousands of dollars of wine exposed. The lights were on in the cellar door and the tv on the wall was on. We proceeded to check the building further then noticed a bottle of Ginn was missing from the spirit’s shelf.
And as to Mrs D Flew getting a friend to secure the property after a text from the agent when finished. The agent was asked to text once they locked up so the alarm could be set. No friend was mentioned!!
The company was dismissed of its services directly after this instance.
We owe you nothing more than the $3,070 for advertising.
A complaint has been placed against SA Homes & Acreage with SA .gov.au Attorney General department.
