In any business, Work Health and Safety (WHS) isn’t just about policies or toolbox talks - it’s about people, process, and protection.

Too often I see businesses appoint someone to a WHS role because “they’ve been around a while” or “they’re good with people.”

That’s not enough.

If your WHS officer:
