38-hour work week, Monday to Friday - no late nights or weekends!
This highly impressive family-owned company is currently looking to expand their high performing team with a down to earth, personable, and engaging Business Services Manager.
This is a newly created position and will play a pivotal role in overseeing the advancement of their operational and administrative functions. As a dynamic and strategic thinker, you will be responsible for streamlining processes, improving efficiency, and implementing best practices to enhance our overall business operations and ensure a premium experience for their customers.
The successful candidate thrives on managing, coordinating, and coaching people to perform at their best, and ensures appropriate resources are available to achieve company objectives and success measures.
In this role you will work alongside the close-knit group of smart and switched on individuals, collaborating with a highly dedicated and motivated General Manager, Operations Manager and Director who are passionate about the long-term success of WGM.

In return we are offering a generous salary package that may be negotiated commensurate with expertise and experience.

Selection Criteria
To be considered for this role you will include in your application, responses to the following criteria:
