What a fantastic few days in Cloncurry last week!

The Austral Resources team was proud to be part of both Meeting of the Mines and Cloncurry Race Day, two important events on the North West Queensland calendar.

At Meeting of the Mines, our COO Shane O’Connell took to the stage to share an update on Rocklands and what’s ahead for Austral in the region.

What makes Meeting of the Mines so valuable is having the people who live, work and invest in the North West together in one place, talking about what’s happening across the region and the opportunities ahead.

We were also proud to sponsor Cloncurry Race Day and spend a fantastic day trackside with the local community, catching up with Mayor Greg Campbell and plenty of familiar faces from across the region.

Congratulations to Cloncurry Shire Council and everyone involved in bringing both events together. We loved being part of another great week in Cloncurry!

A fantastic day in Cloncurry for Meeting of the Mines!

Our COO Shane O’Connell took to the stage today to talk about Rocklands and share an update on what’s happening across our operations.

A special part of the day was presenting a $10,000 donation from Austral Resources to LifeFlight. 🚁

LifeFlight provides an incredibly important service for people living and working across regional and remote Queensland and we are very proud to support the work they do across communities like ours in the North West.
