We are thrilled to announce that one of the largest CSG operators in Australia has awarded us a multi-year contract for the supply of Progressing Cavity Pumps and accessories.

Torque Alliance supplies products manufactured and designed by our PC Pump alliance partner Lifting Solutions. These PC pumps have been developed and manufactured with the latest and most advanced manufacturing technologies and processes available today. It has been through rigorous processes, coupled with the ISO 15136-1 design, manufacturing and testing standard of progressing cavity pumps that our PC pump line has been strongly proven to outperform both customer expectations as well as the previous industry standards that were considered acceptable by our competitors in CSG well applications.

The supply of Torque Alliance downhole accessories are designed and manufactured by Oil Tools Inc., who are one of the most renowned problem-solving solutions provider in this field.

Together, we offer unique solutions to the CSG market, including dissolvable pump-out plugs, torque anchors, down hole gas separators, and many other unique & custom-made tool designs.

PIVOTAL (TM) PROGRESSING CAVITY PUMP

Significantly extend Progressing Cavity Pump (P*P) run life between
costly replacements with the Lifting Solutions PivotAL TM * P*P rotor.

FEATURES AND BENEFITS
• A rigless rotor lift allows the operator to restart production quickly, extending run time between pump replacements and tubing pulls.
• Reseal the pump as wear occurs with a rod lift, limiting the
acceleration of fluid washing and extending the life of the pump.
• In cases where a rotor adjustment is not feasible, a low-cost rotor
replacement can be performed to restore pump efficiency.
• A successful rotor lift will restore operating efficiency of the pump
and result in significant savings for the operator by extending life.

In early February of this year, Torque Alliance celebrates five years since the company was established in Australia.
