Embroidery Machine Operator – Gympie
20-35 hours per week / Permanent Casual

Right now, we’re looking for a hands-on Embroidery Machine Operator to join our busy, fun, and hard-working team.
If you know your way around a Tajima embroidery machine (or you’d like to learn) and are ready to jump into a role that’s fast-paced, creative, and full of variety — keep reading!
What You’ll Be Doing:
✦ Running multi-head embroidery machines like a boss
✦ Framing, loading, and unloading garments with care and precision
✦ Swapping threads, picking colours, and following production specs
✦ Keeping quality top-notch at every stage
✦ Trimming, washing, folding, and packing finished gear
✦ Helping maintain our machines
✦ Working with our Embroidery Production Manager to smash deadlines
What We’re Looking For:
✦ Experience using Tajima embroidery machines 🤞🏽
✦ Sharp eye for detail and high-quality finish
✦ Someone reliable, independent, and ready to get stuck in
✦ Basic computer skills
✦ Great time management – can keep cool when it’s go-time
✦ Team player with solid communication skills
