Founded by master pastry chef and chocolatier Deniz Karaca and his wife Kylie, Cuvée Chocolate began with a simple idea: bring back real chocolate, one bean at a time. From their Melbourne workshop, the team carefully crafts stone-ground, small-batch chocolate using exceptional single-origin cocoa beans sourced from around the world.
Each bar is thoughtfully made to showcase the unique character of the cacao and, fittingly, designed with wine pairing in mind. Their passion for flavour, craftsmanship and ethical sourcing makes every piece a true expression of the bean-to-bar journey.
