We are hiring!!! are you a person who is passionate about helping people develop their employability skills and confidence? Do you understand the challenges people face when they are unemployed, and do you have the capacity and the general knowledge to help them overcome these challenges??? If you are saying YES to these questions then we really want to talk to you. We are looking for contract trainers 3 days per week to joining our team of dedicated trainers and consultants. Congrats to our first group of EST participants on graduating! After 3 weeks of applying themselves and working hard they've all come away with either an interview, work trial or a job!

We're very proud of this group and wish them all the best in their future endeavours.

Congratulations to our first group of EST participants for completing Week 1. Such a great group who have been very enthusiastic, working hard and getting it done!! They were so focused working on their Resumes and called the shots, choosing to stay working on fine tuning their Resumes before moving onto the next topic.

Week 1 down. Bring on week 2!!!

This is a great program for anyone who wants to get work in the hospitality or tourism industry around the Cessnock area, and meet local employers. For more information click on the link. Get Job Ready with Employability Skills Training - EST. and skip the recruitment process.

The September Program is being run by The Finer Line in association with Cessnock City Council and The Hunter Valley Wine and Tourism Association. It is a 3 week program running from 19th Sept until 29th Sept. and will be Hospitality and Tourism focused.

The program is designed to give you the skills and tools to apply for jobs online and participate confidently in job interviews. At the end you will have a 2 min video introduction and Resume. In the final 2 days you will have the opportunity to skip the usual recruitment process, meet employers and be interviewed by businesses looking for staff now!

Current vacant positions available include:
1. Cellar Door
2. Customer Service
3. Warehousing
4.Guest Services/reception
5. Store Person
6. Room Attendants (10am-2pm and 8am-1pm)
7. Housekeeping
8. Maintenance Staff and Handy Person
