Sometimes we just need to pause, take a breath and give ourselves the space to feel centred and grounded again. 🌿

Ive just come out of the Conscious Connection event in Terrigal with . Even though I walked in not knowing anyone, I always feel so supported and connected through shared experience and hope. 🕯️

It was such a beautiful reminder that we’re never alone in what we’re experiencing. I can’t recommend these events enough.

What does freedom look like to you?

For me, it looked like completing a few focused hours of work calls on Friday morning, then heading out to enjoy the Wyong Cup and reconnect with some wonderful people. 🏇🥂

Creating a more flexible way of working doesn’t mean avoiding meaningful work. It means having greater choice over when and where that work happens—and making space for the relationships, experiences and moments that matter.

A balanced life will look different for everyone. The real question is whether the way you currently work allows enough room for the way you want to live. 🌿

After playing our netball semi-final today, our team secured a place in the Grand Final in two weeks’ time, and I couldn’t be prouder.

Sport has such a beautiful way of reminding us that success is rarely achieved alone. It’s built through trust, consistency, resilience and the willingness to keep showing up for one another, especially when the pressure is on.

Today wasn’t just about the result. It was about teamwork, determination and enjoying the experience together.

Now we recover, refocus and prepare for the big one! 💙💛
