Visiting our fern babies we planted 8 years ago and left behind in Brisbane. Still alive and thriving thanks to their grandparents for watering and giving them love and attention👌🏼The south east Queensland climate is an oasis for lush plant life. Quite the contrast to Melbourne where it takes keen interest, knowledge and care to achieve beautiful green spaces.

Robinia pseudoacacia ‘Casque Rouge’ - false acacia, often used overseas as a street tree in residential areas because of its pollution tolerance. Also a common honey plant in the US and Europe producing the popular acacia honey. Trialling one as a flowering addition in the backyard.
