IMPORTANT:
Google Ads experience in mental health, counselling, psychology, or similar allied health is essential. Google has strict advertising policies around healthcare and mental health terminology. Her professional associations have additional advertising guidelines. She will need someone who already understands these restrictions and can navigate them confidently. If you haven't run Google Ads in this space before, this role is probably not the right fit.
This is an ex*****on role. The client will direct you on the specific niches she will be targeting. QUALIFICATIONS:
✅ Proven experience in lead generation and outbound calling (30-40 calls/day)
✅ Prior experience working with an Australian allied health or behavioral health business (required)
✅ Strong understanding of behavioral health services and target audiences
✅ Experience with CRM systems and lead tracking tools
✅ Digital marketing experience (e.g., email campaigns, SEO, social media, funnels, or ads)
✅ Ability to work independently and proactively contribute ideas
✅ Excellent communication and persuasion skills
✅ Confident, professional phone presence
✅ Highly organized with strong attention to detail
