What are we thinking of spending our next refund on? 🤣

10/10/2026

Let's hope the weather is kind! Enjoy the Dardanup Bull & Barrel Festival to all those going. And while there make sure to do the right thing and find the Cash4Cans Containers for Change WA bins across the event and save all those 10c containers from landfill... while looking after the event who will benefit from the proceeds!

💚♻️ Our Bunbury Community Group of the Month for October & November - Repair Cafe Greater Bunbury!

We love supporting local groups doing great things in our community, and this one shares a pretty important goal with us - keeping things out of landfill!

Repair Cafe Greater Bunbury is powered by volunteers who provide FREE repairs, helping locals give items a second life rather than throwing them away. Along the way, they're also sharing repair skills, bringing people together and helping reduce waste across our community. 🛠️♻️

Throughout October and November, you can support Repair Cafe Greater Bunbury through Cash4Cans Bunbury by donating your eligible container refunds to them. You will see their dedicated bin at the depot where you can place your containers!

Repair it. Reuse it. Recycle it. It's all part of keeping valuable resources out of landfill. 💚

♻️ Containers for Change has expanded, which means there are now even more everyday drink containers you can return for a 10¢ refund. 💰 Including w**e and spirit bottles, juice containers and much more!

For a full list of eligible containers, click here: https://www.containersforchange.com.au/wa/container-eligibility

So before you automatically reach for the recycling bin, take another look - it could now be worth 10¢ at Cash4Cans!

And remember, some newly eligible containers may not have the 10¢ refund mark on them yet, so don't rely on the label alone.

More containers recycled. More money back in your pocket. And more valuable materials kept out of landfill. 💚

Bring them into Cash4Cans and start making those 10¢ refunds add up!

♻️ BAG. TAG. DROP. It’s that easy!

Don’t have time to wait while your containers are counted? Cash4Cans Drop & Go gives you a quick and convenient way to return your eligible 10¢ containers and get on with your day.

📍 Cash4Cans Drop & Go options are available at our Bunbury, Collie, Harvey, Capel and Darkan sites.

The process is simple:

🟢 BAG - Fill your bag with eligible containers and make sure it’s securely closed.

🟢 TAG - Clearly label your bag with your Containers for Change member number.

🟢 DROP - Leave your tagged bags at one of our available Drop & Go points and we’ll take care of the rest!

Once your containers have been processed, your refund can be paid through your Containers for Change member account.

No member number yet? Signing up is free and gives you an easy way to receive your refunds - plus you can even choose to donate the value of your containers to a registered charity or community cause. 💚

Bag it. Tag it. Drop it. We’ll do the counting! ♻️
