I think about what 18-19 year old Amy would think about my business today. I use to LOVE going out to parties in Melbourne and locally. We had such an incredible scene of fun and crazy times. 💜💜

Fast forward 20 years and VAHQ has led me to work for some of the event brands I use to LOVE going to, PLUS SO MANY MORE and also many other industries! And WOW isn't Melbourne teaming with music event choice! 🔥

Massive shout out to Sinan Bayram - one chat in a friends pool after a few champi's led us to start working together - which quickly became the link to working with many other event promoters. This partnership has made the fun times way more fun and the challenging days doable when you work with such a great friend. 😘

IT IS BUSY WORK that isn't your standard 9-5! Here are a few of the flyers for events that are coming up in just the next 2 month period! Let alone the events that have already been this year and the rest to come leading into the new year!

✨ Hey there, let’s (re)connect! ✨

I’m Amy, the face, heart, and occasional redbull-fueled spicy brain behind Virtual Assistant Headquarters (VAHQ)! With 6 years in business this February (where has the time gone 🤪?!), I thought it was the perfect time to say hello and share a bit about what I do and who I am.

💡 What I do (and love):

I work with amazing clients across a range of industries—think finance, music events, e-commerce, and plenty more. Whether it’s customer service, admin, or sales support, I step in as your business cheerleader, streamlining the chaos so you can shine.

And I’m here for everything—the highs, the wins, the “OMG, this is amazing!” moments, and the lows, the “Why is this happening, i dont want to do this anymore?!” days. Supporting you through it all is what I love most. 🩷

💬 Why I love it:

Because it’s all about people! I get to build incredible relationships, celebrate wins (big and small), and make a real difference in my clients’ lives. There’s no better feeling.

When I’m not juggling spreadsheets or client calls, I’m wearing a few other hats:

Proud mum to my two awesome babes, Harvey and Summer.

Wife to Andy, my biggest supporter ❤️

Music obsessive who attends as many events as I possibly can. Thankfully, some of my clients put on the BEST events here in Melbourne, which I obviously HAVE to attend (such a hard part of the job.....not) 😘

Even added newbie DJ to my list revently and loving every chance to play—whether it’s in front of a crowd or in our home studio with Andy by my side.

I am currently studying a counselling diploma (cause, as you probably guessed, I LOVE helping people) and am loving every minute of it.

I love what I do, and I couldn’t be more grateful for the clients who’ve trusted me on this journey. Here’s to another year of connecting, creating, and cheering each other on!

A week in then heading to qld for our family holiday before we really sink our teeth into 2025!

The client vibe is already high and I can't wait for the year to kick off. Loads of events, reconnecting back with everyone, trying to keep a bit more organised, being more present at work and at home, lowering unnecessary screen time, getting back to the gym (which has started already) and just all in all having an AMAZING 2025! Let's do this!

Feeling blessed to work with some of the best in the biz for events here in Melbourne and WOW there is lots of blood, sweat and tears that go into these events. Thankfully the epic party at the end is worth it.
