We were blown away by the number of you who came to visit and support us over the weekend for Heathcote on Show. We had the best time showing you our wines and our recent restoration works inside the old bank. Heathcote was buzzing with locals, regular visitors and new faces. It was a fabulous weekend.

To those of you who purchased wine or joined our wine club, thank you, it really means so much to us.

We will close our doors for a few weeks while we add some final touches before we open permanently. Watch this space.

Our doors are finally opening 🎉

After four huge years of envisioning, restoring and breathing new life into this historic building, we're so excited to welcome you to The Bank Cellar Door this June long weekend for Heathcote on Show.

When we bought this beautiful old bank in 2021, we fell in love with its history, character and potential. We moved upstairs with our two young boys and got to work, bringing our vision to life by carefully restoring heritage features and creating a welcoming space for visitors to share a glass of wine.

The Bank Cellar Door is now home to our two wine labels: Kennedy Vintners, founded by Gerard's parents Pat and John, and , the label we've built together. They represent two generations of winemaking, one family story, and a shared love of the Heathcote region.
Step into the old teller room for tastings, relax by the open fire, explore the former bank manager's office, and peek inside the original bank safe — now filled with wine instead of money. Our idea of proper riches!
This historic building has been part of Heathcote's story since the Gold Rush era, and we feel incredibly lucky to be its custodians.

While we’re not quite ready to open permanently, we’re going to give you a sneak peak. Join us this June long weekend ahead of our official opening later this winter.
