What a delightful and refreshing w**e this is! So beautiful, so crystalline pure, and just as smooth as it could be. Not sweet, not tart, just a burning core of bright red fruit that demands you pay attention. It is fresh, it is delightful, and it is vibrantly alive. And amazingly. all that flavour and poise packed in at only 12.5%. What a refreshing feat in w**emaking.

Not long back from a whirlwind trip to the UK and Spain with my new love. Lots of delicious tapas and fresh inspiration for some new dishes this summer at 3DE. Maybe even the Oreja de Cerdo (pigs ears) ! 🤤🤤
