Thanks to for the truck hire while my bogie was in for repairs.

New 1.7t picked up last night, due to a big increase in limited access demo and excavation jobs thought it was time to get another one.
Fitted with hydraulic grabs, sieve bucket and hammer it will make life a lot easier.
Cheers to for showing me around the yard, my sales rep Tony @ Semco and to my finance gurus for another easy purchase.

Before, During & After.

This was a tough demo, being a wet clay site at the beginning then add 100+mm of rain during made for an interesting clean up, but we finally got there.

Site prep complete on our Woonona demo.
- Site & silt fencing installed.
- Power, water, gas and sewer disconnections complete.
- Temporary driveway installed.
Asbestos removal to begin on Monday.

Excavation almost completed on our Mittagong project for 98 pier holes drilled with the new Digga auger drive with Halo, absolute game changer for alignment (doesn’t help in poor ground conditions though) Put the new auger hole cleaner to work this morning cleaning all the holes ready for concrete by lunch.
Thanks to Ray for sorting the auger for me so efficiently.

Cut and fill and detailed excavation to come.

North Wollongong project completed today.
Clear and rebuild approx 600m2 hard stand at the rear of existing factory units.
Scope of works included -
- Removal of green waste/vegetation.
- Supply and installation of 18 1800x600x600mm (1.5t) concrete blocks to define boundary.
- Export 240t unsuitable materials.
- Import 100t recycled 40/70 sub base.
- Import 205t recycled DGB20 road base, level and compact.

Turned out great 👌
