Mine operators need crushers, screens, transfer points, conveyors and access systems to work together as one complete process. Transfer geometry and conveyor loading influence material control, wear and long-term maintenance requirements.

This MAX Plant iron ore system was designed around how material moves through the entire circuit, from crushing and screening through to conveying, stockpiling and final product.

MAX Plant starts with the ore, required products, site layout and operating requirements, then develops the equipment arrangement around the complete process.

Every section has a defined role, and every connection is designed with the next stage in mind.

Telescopic conveyors extend, retract and travel radially to distribute material across a larger stockpile area. This increases the usable capacity within the available footprint while reducing rehandling, loader traffic and repeated material drop.

The stacking pattern can also be configured to help manage segregation, degradation and compaction based on the material and downstream requirements.

MAX Plant designs and manufactures telescopic conveyor systems in Western Australia, giving mining operations access to local engineering, project decision-making and technical support.

These conveyor modules were designed in Australia, built through MAX Plant’s manufacturing capability and transported in sections that can be loaded directly onto trucks and positioned efficiently on site.

That approach reduces the amount of fabrication and assembly required in the field and helps the installation team focus on positioning, alignment and connection.

MAX Plant is an Australian manufacturer supplying mineral processing plants to Australian mine sites, with each conveyor module designed as part of the wider processing system.

Australian mine operators are placing greater focus on complete circuit design, maintainability and the ability to deploy processing capacity efficiently at remote operations. Recent WA projects continue to show the value of integrated crushing and screening layouts rather than equipment selected in isolation.

This MAX Plant system brings mobile crushing equipment, screening stages and an integrated conveyor network together as one processing circuit.

These trucks are carrying ore that has been crushed, screened and sized through a MAX Plant mineral processing system on an Australian mine site. From feeding and crushing through to screening, conveying and stockpiling, each stage works together to produce a consistent final product ready for sale.

This MAX Plant electric jaw crusher and sizing screen are operating as part of a wider circuit on an Australian mine site, integrated with the client’s conveyors and existing plant equipment.

The tracked units provide the flexibility to reposition the crushing and screening stages, while electric power allows them to connect with the site’s preferred energy infrastructure.

Mine plans develop, contracting requirements change and equipment may need to support another deposit, material type or stage of production. The first installation may not be the only location a plant needs to serve.

MAX Plant modular solutions are designed with that future in mind. Modules can be planned for expansion, relocation or reconfiguration, giving mine sites more practical options as operating requirements change.

Some plants need one screening stage. Others require multiple screens to manage scalping, sizing, product separation or recirculating loads.

MAX Plant configures each screen arrangement around the material, required products and the wider process. Here, a modular screen is being delivered to a recent Australian mining project, ready to form part of the complete mineral processing system.

Correct hopper capacity, geometry and feeder selection help manage irregular loading cycles before surges reach the conveyors, screens and crushers downstream.

MAX Plant feed hoppers are configured around the material, loading method and complete plant process. This creates the surge capacity and controlled discharge needed to keep the system supplied consistently from the first bucket onward.

Conveyor sections coming in hot for an Australian iron ore mine site.

Designed in Australia, these sections were manufactured and assembled in the factory before transport to reduce the amount of installation work required on site.

Conveyors are a critical part of the complete mineral processing system. They connect each process stage, manage material flow and deliver ore to the equipment that follows.

For this project, the end product will support the processing of Australian iron ore, the primary raw material used to produce steel for buildings, transport and infrastructure.
