We are seeking a Casual Administration Assistant to join our team at Hervey Bay Secretarial & Serviced Offices (HVBSSO).
This position is on a casual basis and will suit someone looking for flexible, part-time work.
About the Role
• Provide administrative and clerical support as required
• Cover shifts when staff are on leave or unwell (short notice availability essential)
• Office hours: 9:00am – 4:00pm
• Shifts may be:
o 9:00am – 1:00pm
o 1:00pm – 4:00pm
o Full day (9:00am – 4:00pm)
Requirements
• Clerical/administration experience preferred
• Strong skills in Microsoft products (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.)
• High typing speed and accuracy (typing test required)
• Reliable and flexible with availability at short notice
• Professional, friendly, and customer-focused
Ideal Candidate
Flexibility is a must. Need to be quick and on the ball and must be able to type and multitask. This role is best suited to someone who is not currently working full-time and is looking for casual, flexible employment.
