Something a bit different . Shade wall put up for the plants , plus matching balustrade wall down the stairs instead of handrails .
Replaced two stair posts and tig welded hand rail differently so it doesn’t rot the new posts .
Also replaced an old Timber window with a custom louvre window.

Next update - I have decided I will no longer work on tenanted properties . Empty rentals are fine with full access by you the owner ( no chasing agents or keys) but if there’s a Tenant in it I won’t be able to service your needs on those ones from now onwards .

You can’t buy doors this big but I can still create the look by hand making it 😀
