Have you heard of the Community Camera Alliance?

It’s a QPS led initiative which allows you to register that you have security cameras at your home or business. Registering simply lets us know that you have these cameras, and that we may contact you to ask for help if the footage might be useful for an investigation.

Police do not have access to your cameras at any point, only your contact information.
