National Plan Manager (NPM) is a solely focused, professional, NDIS Plan Management organisation that enjoys helping our clients to fulfil their NDIS goals. We began our journey when the NDIS first rolled-out to the Fraser Coast Region (QLD) in 2018. Since then our clientele has grown rapidly to 700+ and we now have 9 team members on board assisting both clients and providers. As part of our commitment to continuous improvement, we have effectively improved our process’ and policies in an endeavour to provide the best possible service for both Providers and Clients alike. NPM is happy to announce that we are continuing to accept new participants and our services are available Australia wide. We take pride in our reputation of being one of the leading plan management providers in our region and would love to expand further. One of the many reasons for this reputation is our fast turn-around of payments (averaging 2 business days) as we are processing and paying invoices every business day. Providers are also able to invoice us when it is convenient for them (daily/weekly/monthly). We have a Mobile App that clients can view and track their funding, approve or deny invoices and more. We began our journey with Drew Stephenson Accounting Pty Ltd when the NDIS first rolled-out to the Fraser Coast Region (QLD) in 2018. Since then our clientele has grown rapidly to 500+ and due to this we temporarily ‘closed our books’ in September 2019. During this time, we have had the opportunity to better understand the NDIS and our Clients needs. As part of our commitment to continuous improvement, we have effectively improved our process’ and policies in an endeavour to provide the best possible service for both Providers and Clients alike. NPM is happy to announce that we are ready to accept new participants as of 1st July 2020, with approved NDIS Plan Management (Improved Life Choices/CB Choice & Control). Our services are now available Australia wide (excluding WA until December 2020). We take pride in our reputation of being one of the leading plan management providers in our region. One of the many reasons for this reputation is our fast turn-around of payments (averaging 2-3 business days) as we are processing and paying invoices every business day. Providers are also able to invoice us when it is convenient for them (daily/weekly/monthly). We have a Mobile App that clients can view and track their funding, approve or deny invoices and more.
