A year ago I decided to take my long-standing passion for my Thermomix & try my hand at being a consultant. At the time, I didn't think I needed a new Thermomix (I had a TM5 & loved it), I just wanted a more flexible work option so I could stay home with my littlest for a bit longer. I'm not a salesperson, I'm just a teacher who loves inspiring people in the kitchen.

The first surprise for me was how much BETTER the Thermomix had gotten since the TM5. It is just such an upgrade but still keeps all the core functionality of the earlier models. The second was just how much more I've learnt since joining, and third, was some really lovely friendships I've made.

Throw in the varied perks that come with being a consultant, the flexibility to work around my family, and the opportunity to keep doing something I genuinely enjoy, and it's definitely been a year full of surprises.

And right now, there's a pretty crazy opportunity for anyone who's been thinking about trying it themselves...

If you've been eyeing off the new TM7, why not give it a go on the Earn program? Until 22 Sept you only have to make 3 sales (usually 6!) within 90 days to get a brand new TM7 for nothing. Yep, $0! No deposit, nothing!

Honestly, this offer is wild! Every sale reduces the cost, with the 3rd bringing the balance owing to nil.

And if you're anything like me and *definitely don't consider yourself a salesperson*, don't let that put you off. 😅 You don't have to know everything about Thermomix, and you certainly don't have to become some pushy salesperson. You can simply share something you love and see where it takes you.

If you're interested in finding out more, send me a msg. There's no pressure, I'll just give you a flyer with some more info and you can decide if it's something you'd like to have a go at. 💚

Another great kid-friendly option: Chicken Parmi Balls.

I still follow the original version of this recipe, which makes your own mince using chicken breasts, but I've noticed it's since been updated and now makes a bigger quantity & includes some bonus hidden veg. Will need to try the updated version next time!

Serve with your choice of sides - favourites here include with chips, mash, veg/salad or spooned over short pasta.

There are no complaints when this is on the menu! 🤗

Prepping for Burger night! 🍔

Did you know regularly swapping a take-out meal for a 'fake-out' meal is one of the quickest ways to recoup the initial investment in your Thermomix?

And the best bit? Many meals are super easy & delicious to make in the TM7, so you aren't spending hours slaving away in the kitchen! Think burgers, pizza, risotto, curries, smoothies, fresh juices, burritos, the list goes on! 🤤

And just like that I'm back to making high-tops again 😆

Enjoy this short of a freshly baked loaf of bread. It's hard to beat freshly baked bread!

My Thermie whipping up 2 different types of pancakes & a batch of fresh orange juice - sounds like a good Sunday to me! 🌞

Confession: I'm an absolute sucker for a fresh, hot Cinnamon doughnut! 🤤

I love how quick & easy it is to whip up a batch at home after school for the kids & me to enjoy together. These are super light & soft, baked (so you don't have to worry about busting out large amounts of oil) and are just so more-ish!

You might be forgiven for thinking that the ones in the container were the best of a bad bunch, but honestly they were getting eaten as quickly as I could cost them in Cinnamon sugar so I had to beg for a few to be left for a few minutes to let me get a final photo 😅 and even then that was a tall ask apparently!

Want to try them yourself? You can find the recipe on Cookidoo®:

🍚 Rice Flour 🍚

This is one of those ingredients I hardly ever use, so it's not worth me keeping it on hand in the pantry. Thankfully, I don't have to with my Thermie. Just weigh in any rice, mill and that's it!

So quick, so easy, so much cheaper, & no random ingredients sitting around that you hardly use! 😄

I also do this with almond/nut meal & have made my own gluten free flour blends too. Such a great way to simplify things in your kitchen.

Who knows what I'm cooking just from what you can see in my bowl? 😆⬇️ Drop your guesses in the comments, I'll pop back l...

One of my all-time favourite comfort foods is Apple Crumble. Over winter I like to make a 'cheats version' to indulge that craving.

Tried Lailah Rose's version of stewed apples this particular time & its got to be probably the easiest version yet. I turned mine into cheats crumble with some crunchy granola, and topped it off with some creamy vanilla ice-cream 🤤 so delicious!

Trialled another yoghurt recipe recently that has rave reviews & it definitely lived up to the hype! So thick & makes a huge quantity - brilliant for the amount of yoghurt we've been going through now we're into the winter Berry season again!

Recipe is from - it's a paid recipe (ebook), but there's recipes for sooo many yoghurt variations including UHT & fresh milk, Greek, vanilla, natural & coconut (dairy free) yoghurts & a few bonus recipes with yoghurt as a star ingredient.

Well worth it if you make (or eat!) yoghurt in larger quantities, & fermentation mode on the TM7 (or TM6) makes making yoghurt an absolute breeze! (Which is such a good saving on your grocery bill too).
