This month, we are celebrating a very special milestone - five years with our incredible Operations Manager, Kristy Nash ! Kristy’s journey with 2PM started in a part-time coordination role and now, five years later, she is a critical and trusted member of our leadership team. She is known for her gentle nature and genuinely warm, welcoming presence, she brings care and calm to everything she does. She is the quiet force behind so many of our systems and processes, ensuring they are as simple and efficient as possible - and when the rest of the leadership team collectively sighs and fusses over long contracts and detailed documents, we are relieved she is the one who leans in with diligence, consistency, and discernment! We are enormously grateful for everything she brings to the table and for the heart, integrity, and attention to detail she brings to our team every single day. Thank you for five wonderful years, Kirsty (whoops, we meant Kristy) 😝 we are so lucky to have you!

As we approach the end of the year and take a moment to celebrate Christmas, we want to express our gratitude 👏.

This year marks a significant milestone for us as 2PM Services turns 10 🥳. Over the past decade, we have had the privilege of collaborating with many remarkable clients, some of whom have been with us throughout this journey. These long-standing relationships are invaluable to us and are something we deeply appreciate.

We are also thankful for the incredible individuals who have worked with us this year. Your contributions have helped shape our identity, and we take pride in the work we have accomplished together.

Looking ahead to 2026, we feel a strong sense of optimism for Tasmania, Tasmanian projects, and the opportunities that arise from good people working together with a shared purpose 🙏. We are eager to continue partnering with organisations and teams to achieve meaningful outcomes, side by side.

🎉 Celebrating Eight Years of Georgie at 2PM 🎉

On 7 December 2017, Georgie Holmes joined 2PM - and the world of project management instantly became a whole lot more fun (and chatty)!

What began as a part-time role has grown into eight years, three offices, multiple roles, and more coffees than we could possibly count. Today, Georgie is an essential part of the leadership team, People and Culture/Employee Experience Manager, and a cornerstone of our culture and what makes 2PM so great ❤️

Georgie, thank you for everything you do. You embody our values (especially Care) and brighten everyone’s work life with your positivity, kindness, wonderfully silly sense of humour, and empathy.

Yesterday we were lucky enough to have our end-of-year team meeting inside the University’s stunning new building, The Forest - a space that feels every bit as intriguing as its name!

We were especially proud to be there because our very own 2PM’er, Matt, played a key role in bringing this incredible project to life. A huge thank you to UTAS for hosting us, and congratulations to everyone involved for the vision, dedication, and hard work that has created such a breathtaking place for our community.

EA / Project Administrator / Administrative Support (Contract)
3-month engagement | 3-5 days/week | $40-50 per hour

We’re seeking a sharp, organised EA / Project Administrator who loves helping complex projects run smoothly for Tasmanian organisations.

What you’ll do:
▪️ Own executive diary management, meeting papers, and accurate minutes.
▪️ Keep records tidy: inbox & workflow management, registers, databases, and filing.
▪️ Coordinate steering/governance packs, stakeholder correspondence, and workshop logistics.
▪️ Arrange travel/events; validate and process invoices and POs.
▪️ Support project delivery with timelines, standards, and simple, reliable reporting.

What you bring:
▪️ Proven admin/project support experience across busy programs or PMOs.
▪️ Confident with MS Teams, Outlook, Word, and Excel.
▪️ Clear, concise written communication and a service-first mindset.
▪️ Able to build trusted relationships and pick things up fast.
▪️ Highly regarded: experience in Government, Health & Allied Services, or Community Services.
