We’ve had a fabulous and productive time connecting with practice managers from all over Australia here at the AAPM National Conference, in beautiful Broadbeach QLD!

We appreciate the valuable insights into the daily challenges faced in the sector, and we’re looking forward to continuing our work with clients and colleagues as we move into 2023. Afterall, ‘a problem shared is a problem halved.’

A huge thanks to the RACGP for inviting our consultant Darcy Inglis to present at the Practice Owners Conference on the important topic - 'Creating a Safe Workplace'. We really enjoyed the session and couldn't have done it without our wonderful co-presenters PracticeHub, Avant Mutual and the AAPM. We hope all the delegates that attended in person and virtually enjoyed the conference and are settling back into their practice this week armed with new ideas, tools and knowledge!

It's been a whirlwind tour of the country for our MD Darcy Inglis, as MC for the AAPM State Conferences held in Launceston, Perth, Brisbane and Adelaide. In Adelaide last week, Darcy and Lyndon presented on lessons in , taking participants through scenarios to help plan actions for responses.

We were thrilled to have our MD Darcy Inglis invited to MC the 2021 AAPM Tasmania State Conference on Friday (as a member of AAPM), as well as present on behalf of Honestally in the afternoon.

Darcy’s session was on Privacy and Confidentiality in Practice, and the team had a productive time exploring key scenarios with the Practice Managers in the room.

Our interactive presentation helped provoke thought about handling real-world privacy issues and we followed up with take-home resources for attendees to add value.

A warm welcome to Lyndon!

Lyndon joins Honestally with a range of business experience, most recently running implementation projects, customer training and support for enterprise software in the fast-paced event ticketing industry across Australia and the Asia-Pacific. Lyndon enjoys working with teams and staff to apply analysis to objectives and processes; digging down into the detail to understand the real needs of a business (warning: he asks ‘why?’ a lot).

As a former customer service manager, Lyndon is focussed on not just the end-user experience for his clients and his client’s customers but facilitating for staff at the coalface who are grappling with constant demand and need for change.

Armed with over twenty years of business experience, a Bachelor of Arts with Honours and a Certificate IV in Business, Lyndon brings a passionate client-focus and keen insight to projects and stakeholder engagement.
