First being if you own your own home (mortgage free)

Second, if you're renting and don't own a home.

If you're still renting and don't own a home outright by the time you reach retirement, that's a choice.

If it's not the choice you want, you have the power to change it.

If you are born poor it's not your fault, but if you die poor, it is.

Don't believe all the doom and gloom about not being able to buy a home as a single wage earner because there are ways you can.

Yes, relying on one form of income will limit your options and the ability to service a home loan, however, we're not talking about relying on one form of income.

A single person can still comfortably buy a home by diversifying and creating additional income streams if they wish to do so, know were to look and who to ask.
