In 1500BC humans consumed 13 Trillion calories per day. In 2019 humans consume 1,500 Trillion calories per day! The population has increase 14 fold in that time where as our energy expenditure has increased 115 fold 😳 (Sapiens - Yuval Noah Harari)! Just some food for thought!!

No arm- no problem!! šŸ˜† There are always ways to train around injuries and surgeries! In fact moving as much as you can post surgery will help speed up the recovery process! Our lovely client Lauren Reid getting some squats in after shoulder stabilisation surgery! šŸ’ŖšŸ»
