And the sixth: 2025 Black Label Pinot Noir, our flagship.

It's mostly Saltwater fruit with select parcels from Coal River, bringing depth, precision and plenty going on.

That completes the Sample 6 Special: two whites, a rosé and three reds, all from 2025, and every one good with a little chill. $220 delivered, just under $100 off. 5 days only, while stocks last.

Wine five of six: 2025 Saltwater Pinot Noir.

Our favourite site. Fine tannin, a lovely line of acid, and complexity that stays elegant rather than heavy.

There's no Saltwater fruit in the 2026 vintage, which makes these 2025s a little more precious.

Wine four of six: 2025 Coal River Pinot Noir.

Our unapologetic take on Coal River: MV6 and Abel clones, French oak and serious depth, already coming together beautifully.

Coal River is where our next release is heading, so this is a good one to get to know.

Wine three of six: 2025 Saltwater Chardonnay.

Rounded and bold, with real fruit density and layers that keep opening up. The oak sits quietly in the background, where it belongs.

Wine two of six: 2025 Tasmanian Chardonnay.

A new release we're particularly proud of. Fruit from vineyards right across Tasmania, north to south and east to west, with a subtle touch of François Frères oak. Structure and length, and drinking beautifully now.
