🏆 THE 2026 NT WINGLESS STATE TITLE TROPHY! 🏁

Well… this one has been about 12 months in the brewing, followed by what feels like approximately 472 hours of tinkering, changing, developing, staring at it, changing it again… and possibly questioning a few life choices along the way 😂

But here she is — our 2026 Northern Territory Wingless State Title Trophy!

When we first started throwing ideas around, there was one thing I really wanted to do — use an actual piece of the race car as the focal point and build the trophy around it.

From there we went full speedway mode.

A little bit grungy.
A little bit industrial.
Plenty of texture.
And definitely not your standard shiny cup-on-a-base situation. 🤘

We even put our good friends at ChatGPT to work, describing exactly how we wanted the Wingless Sprint drawn — and after a bit of back and forth, it absolutely nailed the centrepiece artwork we had in our heads.

Then it was over to us to turn the idea into the real thing — designing, printing, routing, layering, assembling and tinkering until we were happy with every little detail.

Are we a little bit proud of these?

Yeah… maybe just a smidge. 😂

But after the hours that have gone into them this week, we reckon we’re allowed to be!

And I tell you what… I’d be pretty bloody stoked to take one of these home Saturday night. 🏆

These are only part of the collection too — we’re finishing off the rest of the awards today and will give them their own moment in the spotlight later. 👀

Upset…a word commonly used for something that doesn’t go right for someone, but I choose to use the word gutted in this instance 😭

This team has had nothing but hard luck for the past few years and finally getting this race car to right where it deserves to be, running like a well oiled machine with a well composed driver only to have the motor checkout on the Darwin Title night, the first of the big nights of racing, right when we got to sniff the possibility of a championship win, well…. We’re gutted.

It’s not in our nature to ask for help when we try to be a self sufficient team usually happy to give it rather than receive, but in this instance if anyone out there understands the heartbreak of getting so close to something you are so truly passionate about, only to watch it possibly slip away yet again and would like to help the NT77 team of Kyle Wiseman, please contact Kyle or myself, no matter how big or small it all helps and we would be forever grateful. Anyone wanting to help out would get there name on the race car for the rest of the season as a thank you. Cheers and please share if you know of someone that might have a soft spot for Motorsport

Ladies and gentlemen… THIS IS THE ONE WE’VE BEEN WAITING FOR! 😤💪

It’s DARWIN TITLE NIGHT and the weather is absolutely beautiful down here today! ☀️🏁 The crew is already on the ground and making those final little tweaks to the HDT Darwin Signs NT77 machine before we hit the track tonight!

After another bloody strong finish for round 6 the crew has put in the countless hours, late nights and hard work to get this car ready for one of the biggest nights on the calendar. 🔥

Kdub is strapped in and ready to give it absolutely EVERYTHING tonight! 💪🏁
