The M**S Group is looking for reliable and enthusiastic people to join our team at our Fairfield Waters Container Refund Depot.
We have opportunities available for Casual and Part-Time Container Refund Attendants.
As a Container Refund Attendant, you'll be part of our Redeem Team – a team of specialist customer service staff who are passionate about recycling, helping our customers and making a positive difference in our community.
What will you be doing?
Your role will include:
♻️ Assessing containers for refund eligibility
🔢 Counting and processing containers
💰 Providing cash or electronic refunds to customers
😊 Providing friendly and helpful customer service
🚛 Assisting with the general operation of the depot
🦺 Following workplace health and safety procedures
About you
We're looking for people who are:
✅ Honest and reliable
✅ Friendly and confident dealing with the public
✅ Comfortable working with numbers
✅ Able to communicate clearly and effectively
✅ Organised and able to work as part of a team
✅ Physically capable of working in a busy depot environment
✅ Passionate about recycling and supporting our local community
A current driver's licence is required.
A Forklift Certificate of Competency would be a significant advantage, but is not essential.
