EV chargers are safer than charging from a regular 10A power point at home (which aren't designed for continuous heavy loads), and offer distinct advantages, including 3+ times faster charging rates.

HEG Consultants will discuss your EV charging requirements, and help you to optimise your system with charging schedules, charging modes, energy tariff optimisation and solar / battery app integration.

Call us on 1300 96 80 60 (option 1) or text "EV Charger" to 0485 866 747, or visit https://evcharger.heg.com.au

Renters! Plug-in Solar Batteries are coming to Australia. Soak up power from solar panels from balconies, back yards etc into a portable battery, then use that power at night time.

Better still, if you move then take the entire system with you to your next home!

Won't be for a while whilst appropriate regulations are formulated, but follow our page so you can find out about future updates.

Politics aside, this is a good measure to even the playing field.

BEAT THE BATTERY REBATE DROP
Only 28-32 spots left statewide before 1 January

Don’t miss the 2026 Cheaper Home Batteries rebate!!

The federal Cheaper Home Batteries Program rebate is stepping down on 1 January.
Installations completed (with the electrical compliance certificate issued) before that date keep the current higher STC factor. From 1 January the factor drops, which means a lower rebate on the same battery.
We currently have only about 28 spots left statewide that we can realistically get fully installed in time.

Why do you need to move now?
A battery job isn’t instant. It involves:
Securing the right stock
Regulatory applications and paperwork
Scheduling the works

Completing the installation so the compliance certificate is issued before the cut-off
HEUF (Household Energy Upgrades Fund) discounted finance is also available for batteries, but that application process takes time as well. Leaving it until the last moment risks missing both the higher rebate and available finance options.

What this means for you
Higher federal rebate if your system is installed and certified this year
Access to HEUF discounted finance while there’s still time to process it
Greater energy independence, bill savings and backup power for Tasmanian conditions
We’re a 100% Tasmanian business covering Hobart, Launceston, the North West Coast and regional areas. We help you choose the right battery size and brand for your home, existing solar (or new solar + battery) and future plans.

Ready to secure one of the remaining spots?

Complete a quick enquiry so we can assess your home and get a clear quote organised without delay.

https://api.leadconnectorhq.com/widget/form/JaTKuKrag5CPi517eCCU?notrack=true

Don’t leave it to the last minute. Once the remaining capacity is allocated and the calendar tightens, we won’t be able to guarantee completion before the rebate steps down.

Heat pumps are designed to be serviced annually, otherwise they slowly lose efficiency and act sluggishly, whilst also using more power.

HEG does a 16 Point System Optimisation Service, and typical outcomes include a $15 per week saving on running costs.

If you get 2 or more heat pumps serviced, or you Follow/Like our page, then receive $20 Off RRP #..

Text "Service" to 0485 866 747 or call us on 1300 96 80 60.

# $165 after promo applied per unit for a wall or floor split system.
