Better late than never... a driveway in Regency Downs in April. Customer had water coming down driveway creating deep ruts as well as water/mud entering into their shed rendering it useless. After 2 days of reshaping the front yard battling lots of mud the driveway was ready for roadbase. Due to the amount of run off from the road we reshaped drains out the front as well as made the call to use 50T of 4% CTB (cement treated roadbase) This goes down like normal roadbase with a roller but after a few hours sets hard and is resistant to rutting out for future years of low maintenance driveway use.
All of the dirt from the front was used to level up an entertaining area at the rear of the house.
In the months since completion there has been some heavy storms and the customer is impressed with the results.

A project i started back on 24th of October last year. 20x40m flat multi-purpose are for riding horses, cricket pitch and family functions. 3m height difference from one diagonal to the other, cut and fill followed by underturf and hydro couch seed. Plenty of rain after the hydro couch making the surface go from dirt to grass (pic with horse) in 4 weeks.
Followed up with a round yard cut and fill with laser level, 100mm of roadbase sourced locally from Russell's quarry. Then Alfred hit - between waiting for rain to stop and not being busy on civil jobs i finally got back to my very patient customers in August to finish the job. 22 panels and 1 gate, 51m of conveyor rubber and over 300 screws we have 1 happy customer

We've been busy over the last couple of weeks completing a landscaping job in Mount Crosby. Our client is extremely happy with the results of the new recycled railway sleeper fence, exposed aggregate concrete pad & stairs, garden & turf areas including a fully automatic irrigation system. Off to the next one 🙂
