Cutting of concrete and removal completed on this property at Mt Gravatt.

All this could have easily been avoided if a concrete professional arranged a termite management system BEFORE they poured the concrete….
But now because this wasn’t done, we had to arrange this to be cut and removed.

Make sure you engage quality professional trades when doing works around you house.

And always liaise with a termite professional for advice before any works are started.

These people where lucky,
I was there to do a termite inspection today.
I found damage caused by rats.
The tenants advised me that the power kept going of and safety switch engaging often at night, and real estate agent had been notified on several occasions.

Well I called the agent directly and voiced my concerns and finally the real estate will get an electrician to attend to investigate.

Not only had the rats eaten through some electrical wires in the roof cavity, they had also eaten the smoke detector alarm wire, so a very dangerous situation.

Don't under estimate rodents in your roof, they can cause fires.
Also if you’re renting, demand that an electrician inspects your place if you have rodents in your roof.

This is another reason why we MUST turn power off if we need to enter your roof void.

We love the creativity of some of our clients.
These are old ant caps for timber stumps.
The hole in them make great access for termites, but using them for this art display gives them a re purpose.

Some very clever people.
