As a Technical Support Consultant, you will provide assistance in the assembly, installation, support, and maintenance of products and equipment for BIZTOPIA's client base.
A minimum Certificate IV in Information Technology (or equivalent experience in a Technical Support position) is preferred, along with proven computer and I.T. related knowledge as well as proven troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
BIZTOPIA is customer service focussed and committed to providing exceptional customer service across all channels – written, phone, and face-to-face so an ability to communicate clearly and concisely, and in varying communication styles depending upon the audience will be essential to this role, as will energy, commitment, and enthusiasm.
Excellent attention to detail and written skills when communicating with others, both internally and externally, are essential.
Finally, experience working with Microsoft 365 & Azure is also essential.
