👓 A FIRST feature presentation AND a FIRST PowerPoint presentation! 👏🎉

There were a couple of milestones worth celebrating at BNI Accelerate this morning!

Our very own Jane from Eyes on Brassall stepped up to deliver her first feature presentation – and conquered PowerPoint for the very first time too!

Talk about putting lifelong learning into action! ❤️

And Jane certainly gave us plenty to think about (and look at! 👀).

Her presentation tackled presbyopia – that gradual change in our near vision that has many of us holding menus, phones and books further and further away.

You know the move… the arm stretch! 😂

Jane shared some great tips on:
👓 Recognising the signs that your near vision is changing.

🔍 Why a comprehensive eye examination matters.

🌈 The different options available, from reading glasses and progressive lenses to contact lenses.

💻 Simple ways to make screen time and close-up work more comfortable, including the handy 20-20-20 rule!

A great reminder that looking after our eyesight is an important part of looking after ourselves.

Congratulations, Jane! Not just for sharing your knowledge, but for embracing something new and showing us that learning doesn’t stop at any age. That’s something worth celebrating! 🙌

❤️ This is what we love about BNI Accelerate. It’s not just about growing our businesses. It’s about growing our confidence, sharing our expertise and cheering each other on.
