There’s a good reason why one of our new blends on the block is called Stuff It!
This beautiful blend of fennel, oregano and rosemary is the ultimate stuffing blend for all your classic roasts. So fragrant and easy to use for meat and veggie stuffing. Think mushrooms, capsicums, pumpkin, zucchini, cob loaves, porchetta, turkey, chicken and rolled roasts.
Use this classic stuffing recipe as above or baked in a muffin pan for individual serves.

Ingredients: garlic, pink Himalayan salt, fennel seeds, cracked black pepper, rosemary, onion, oregano, thyme, parsley and basil. Gluten free. Nut free.

Classic Stuffing
This dish can be made ahead and stored in the fridge for up to 3 days. Remove from the fridge at least 30 minutes before baking.
8 slices bread (white or multi-grain is best)
125g melted butter
2 tablespoons Stuff It! Spice
1 small brown onion, finely chopped
Preheat oven to 180C.
In a food processor or thermie, process bread until crumbs are chunky.
Add crumbs to a bowl and mix through Stuff It! Spice.
Add chopped onion and mix well.
Pour melted butter over the top and mix well.
Turn into an oven-proof dish or muffin pan to bake for 25 minutes or until golden brown.
Serve with dinner or any roast as a delicious side dish.
Try these delicious variations by adding:
Chopped, toasted pecans
Diced bacon
Finely chopped celery
Chopped pear and cranberries
Chopped apricot and hazelnuts
