No Waste Mondays at Millbrook start in the garden.

Guests join our team for a walk through the beds to see what’s growing before heading into a hands-on masterclass in the kitchen. It’s about understanding ingredients properly and learning how to use the whole vegetable, from root to leaf, before sitting down together for lunch.

Head Chef Gino doing what he does best!

For our Summer Sundowner, the kitchen stepped out into the garden. Guests gathered among the veggies while Gino served garden-fresh canapés, including tomatoes picked from the very vines beside us.

It was a simple moment that captures what Millbrook is about. Produce grown here, prepared here, and enjoyed right where it comes from as we soaked up the last of summer. Be sure to join us for the next or in the meantime book a table in our award wnning restaurant.

A few new characters have joined life on the farm!

Our Berkshire piglets are the latest residents at Millbrook, happily settling into their paddock and becoming part of the estate’s paddock-to-plate story. From the garden to the animals we raise, everything here is connected back to the kitchen.

Vintage has arrived at Millbrook!

W**emaker Emma Gillespie and the vineyard team are out early each morning walking the rows, tasting fruit and watching the blocks closely as harvest unfolds. It’s the most exciting time of the year in the vineyard, when months of careful work finally come together.

Morning in the Millbrook garden.

What’s growing here shapes everything that happens in the kitchen. Vegetables pulled straight from the soil, herbs clipped fresh, and baskets carried just a few steps up to the restaurant. It’s a rhythm that changes with the seasons, but the principle stays the same. If it’s on the plate, it started here.

In the forest of Jarrahdale, service begins long before the first plate leaves the pass.

It begins in the orchard at first light. In the kitchen garden. In the quiet discipline of a team that respects produce, pace and precision.

As a recently awarded Two Star restaurant in the , Millbrook continues to set the standard for estate-led dining in Western Australia. And with a new season ahead, we’re expanding the kitchen.

If you want to cook with ingredients grown metres from the stove, work within a focused, high-performing team, and be part of something considered and enduring, we’d like to hear from you.
