Hey guys.
With the weather starting to warm up, spiders and ants will start heading to the hstp blower boxes. The spiders breed in the boxes and then move to everywhere else( red backs n wolf spiders typically).
The ants build nests in the blower boxes and move into the electrical components of your hstp. I would suggest maybe now a good time to start with surface spray or something b4 any $$ issues arise.
Also I'm noticing mozzies are starting to breed again in the tanks. Harpic blue tablets in your toilets or kerosene in the tanks.
Let's all get on top of it

Hstp hstp hstp high water alarm
Hey guys just an fyi, sometimes during really heavy rain your hstp may go into high water alarm. 99% of the time is because the ground level around the "org",(ive included a pic of my org) has been raised to a point that the water pooling from the rain will flow straight into it thus flooding your hstp n sending it into alarm. If this is happening to you then check that your sprinklers are working (whilst in alarm) . If so then all goodly no need to waste your money by getting a tech out to look at it just mute the alarm where possible. Its not real flash for the hstp to have bulk water going into it so quickly , so for those who are affected by this, i would suggest that after the rains you drop the level of ground around the org to stop this reoccurring.
Stay safe neighbours

Hey guys, this isnt the best video but .. .
What your seeing is the result of using the wrong stuff in your homes. This is what we refer to as dead bacteria. When its an ongoing thing with your hstp , it will cost you money cos it builds up your sludge levels quickly and will need to be pumped out sooner rather than later. Ave cost $850_$2200. It can shorten the life of your pump , block your aeration and kill your blower. Keep away from sodiums, chlorides, phosphates and anti bacterials. Also if this is continual then council can get involved at your cost. Just trying to save you time and money. So if we service techs write dead bacteria on your report , please take action and if your unsure just talk to us we are here to help and guide you.

Hey fellow jimwoodians. Just thought ide touch base with hstp.

PRODUCTS OK FOR HSTP
Bench tops... whatever you want to use, just dont rinse or wash or flush cloth after.
Toilet seats... as above
Floors. ...use whatever you want, ... pour bucket water outside ,not down toilet or sink. Wash mop outside
Shower. ..:-tiles ..we use shower power (ozi kleen product)
:-mould... mould power by ozi kleen also
Bathing my beautiful body(hmm umm lol)... this is where it gets tricky. We use Palmolive naturals.. but its not good for the hstp . It contains sodiums and chlorides. (My bad)
Toilet .. we use harpic active tablets, which also contain sml traces of sodium but ok
Kitchen. Dunno ,im a bloke...............just joking.....jif cream cleanser is ok to use for sinks ets.
Dishwasher.. we use finish powder and finish rinse aid. And for hand washing dishes we use Palmolive dishwashing liquid.
Laundry.... we use omo powder and huggies fabric softener..

There are plenty of products out there we can use and i dont know them all, but what i do know is
Sodiums, chlorides, phosphate and anti bacterials will kill bacteria in your home but sadly they will also kill bacteria in the hstp. Look at the ingredients listings on the labels of your products b4 buying , .
Words like eco friendly and septic safe and biodegradable dont mean much because we have a hstp not a septic, eco can still kill the bacteria and biodegradable can still take 200 yrs to break down . unfortunately when we do service your hstp we cant always tell if your killing bacteria but a lot of times we can. So please use your chemicals wisely cos it will cost you in the long run.

HOPE THIS HELPS 😁😁😁😁😁😁😁😁😁😁😁😁😁😁
