⭐Brain Injury Awareness Week⭐

For 2026 the theme is to explore how no two brain injuries are the same, there is uniqueness and individuality to everybody's journey. It is important to recognise that impact, recovery and support to maintain daily life can look different for each person! A brain injury can impact cognition, behaviour and physical wellbeing and we must understand these to support outcomes for individuals with a brain injury.

Learn the fundamentals of brain injury, including its types, causes, and impacts. Gain a better understanding of how brain injuries affect individuals.

Hi everyone,

Just to let you all know that we have now partnered with Trilogy Care to be able to provide aged care Support at Home package co-ordination and support services.

If you know of anyone who has just received a Support at Home package, or is looking to change providers please remember us !! If there is a CHSP plan currently in place a request can be made to change it to a Support at Home plan and we can assist with that.

We can do just package coordination there is no expectation that we will take over your care supports (unless you want us to) - please feel free to reach out to us on our Support at Home email [email protected]
