Today we heard from Caroline Shaw of Live Well Physio, who shared valuable insights into women’s health and why pelvic floor assessments are so important for long-term wellbeing, confidence, and quality of life.

We also heard from Neil Gibson from CVW Creative, who walked us through the different types of websites available to businesses and how having the right online presence can make all the difference in attracting and converting customers.
