Come Alive! The Greatest Showman Circus Spectacular is now live at Crown Perth

The world of the iconic movie has been reimagined and brought to life under a purpose made Hippodrome. Starring thespian chameleon Des Flanagan as The Showman, the production covers a wide range of circus classics - from aerialists and acrobats to clowns and singers. You won't know where to look because the action is EVERYWHERE.

If you've been hankering for UMA signature Ceviche Peruano, now's the perfect time to pop in to Pan Pacific Perth for a visit.

UMA has just unveiled its new seasonal menu which celebrates this transitional period between Makuru and Djilba where winter slowly makes way for the early buds of Spring.

True to form, UMA's new offerings are anchored by seasonal, premium Western Australian produce. These include

🐙 Grilled Fremantle octopus served with a bright mojo verde
🐑 Cranbook lamb sustainably fed on nutrient rich saltbush, producing a leaner meat.
🍄 Arepas topped with mushroooms and Manjimup's finest black truffles.

Of course, I couldn't go past dessert, which was a cheeky play on the post-meal cheese platter: a Halls Suzette Lucuma cheesecake with stone fruit, honeycomb and huesillo compote.

This menu runs until the end of August, so don't delay and book your table asap.
