Goldfields Machining is looking for a reliable and organised Administration Assistant to join our team in Boulder.
This is a permanent local position working school hours, Monday to Friday — ideal for someone looking for a stable role that fits around family commitments.

The role includes:
- Accounts payable and invoicing
- Processing purchase and customer orders
- Booking freight
- Answering phones, emails and customer enquiries
- Filing and general administration
- Assisting with the day-to-day running of the office

Previous administration experience and good computer skills are preferred.
