Counter Sales & Parts Job Available!

Vermeeren Bros Manufacturing is an Engineering and Irrigation company based in Keith SA. We currently have a full-time position available for a person who can assist with our front counter sales and spare parts service.

Your main duties will include customer service in person and via phone, sales and enquiries, stock and parts ordering, store/shop presentation, receiving deliveries, restocking, general administration and other general duties.

Ideally applicants will have demonstrated computer skills, good communication skills, customer service experience, well presented, punctual and reliable, ability to deal with customers on all levels and must be able to multi task. Experience with P.O.S. software would be an advantage however any necessary training will be provided.

Normal hours of work are Monday to Friday 8am to 5pm with no weekend work required.

We offer above award wages paid fortnightly, staff discounts on stocked items and further training opportunities associated with the role. There is also the opportunity to progress to manager for the right person.

Vermeeren Bros Manufacturing is an engineering and irrigation company based in Keith SA. We currently have a full-time position available for an Apprentice Fitter and Turner (certificate III in Mechanical Engineering). This position involves on the job and off-site training and would suit a school leaver or a person who wishes to further their knowledge in this area to obtain qualifications. A part-time, school-based apprenticeship is also an option.

The successful applicant will be safety conscious, energetic and be able to work in a team environment. Various duties include the manufacture and repair of agricultural machinery, irrigation pumps and customer service.

Hours of work are Monday to Friday 8am to 5pm with overtime required at times.
