Barrunbatayi was created from a commitment to ensuring families have access to compassionate, culturally grounded support and practical support during Sorry Business.

We understand that navigating funeral arrangements can be overwhelming, especially when families are experiencing grief whil managing important cultural and community responsibilities.

Our purpose is to walk we families, provide guidance respect cultural protocols and help reduce the pressure during difficult times.

Mental health is more than how we feel emotionally. For Aboriginal people, social, emotional wellbeing is deeply connected to culture, Country, family, community, spiritually, and identity.
